Provide education for patients and families to ensure continued progress beyond therapy sessions.

Conduct occasional inpatient speech therapy assessments and interventions, ensuring seamless care continuity.

Ensure compliance with state, federal, and organizational protocols by maintaining meticulous documentation.

Keep abreast of the latest advancements in the field through ongoing education and teamwork.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a recognized institution.

Completion of a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not already ASHA-certified.

Must hold a valid state license as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.

A Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is necessary within the first 30 days of employment.

Demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities across various age groups, with a comprehensive understanding of speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

Exceptional interpersonal communication skills with patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
