Conduct thorough evaluations of patients spanning pediatric, adult, and geriatric age groups using standardized assessments and observational methods.

Craft individualized treatment plans tailored to address both short-term goals and long-term communication, cognitive, or swallowing needs.

Administer one-on-one speech therapy focusing on aspects such as communication, language, fluency, voice, and swallowing.

Collaborate closely with physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, caregivers, and family members to develop comprehensive care strategies.

Provide educational resources and support to patients and families, fostering progress outside of sessions.

Engage in occasional inpatient evaluations and therapeutic interventions to ensure seamless continuity of care.

A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred.

Expertise in contemporary evidence-based treatment methods suitable for all ages, with a robust understanding of both developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

Ability to modify therapy techniques to respect diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.

Competence with electronic medical records and adherence to documentation protocols.
