Accounts Payable SpecialistWe're hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist to support our finance team by processing invoices, managing vendor payments, and reconciling account statements. This role requires accuracy, organization, and familiarity with accounting systems to ensure smooth, compliant financial operations.Key Responsibilities:Process high volumes of invoices in a timely and accurate mannerManage vendor payment cycles and resolve payment issuesReconcile vendor statements and follow up on discrepanciesMaintain accurate records for audits and reporting purposesEnsure compliance with internal policies and accounting standardsCommunicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve inquiriesAssist with month-end closing and reporting tasksSupport overall accounting and finance team functionsQualifications:2+ years of accounts payable or general accounting experienceStrong attention to detail and time managementProficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite)Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesUnderstanding of AP workflows, vendor relations, and audit prepStrong communication and problem-solving skillsExperience with Excel or other spreadsheet toolsAverage Pay Rate: $23 – $27 / Hour
