Become a Key Player as a Case Picker Rider Electric Pallet Jack Operator

You will execute efficient, accurate case picking using a rider electric pallet jack in a fast-paced, WMS-directed, productivity-measured environment. You impact order accuracy and throughput by building stable pallets, following WMS directions, and meeting published productivity and accuracy standards. Onsite in Carson, CA; MondayFriday, 6:30 AM3:00 PM with possible overtime; this is a full-time, temp-to-hire role.

Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team

• Operate a rider electric pallet jack throughout the pick module to move product safely and efficiently
• Follow WMS direction for pallet type and step-by-step pick path
• Scan location and UPC at each stop, hand-pick the indicated quantity, and confirm the pick
• Build stable, damage-free pallets and transport them to staging for shrink wrap
• Use wearable hands-free technology to increase efficiency and maintain safety
• Complete daily pre-use equipment inspections and report any defects
• Meet published productivity and accuracy standards

Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role

• Verifiable rider (ride-on) electric pallet jack experience; walkie-only experience does not qualify
• Prior case picking experience in a WMS-directed, productivity-measured environment
• Comfortable using wearable or handheld scanning technology
• Ability to lift and hand-pick cases repetitively for a full shift
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
• Must pass a written equipment assessment before scheduling and a hands-on equipment certification with the site trainer on your first day onsite

Pay Range

$20.63/hour
