What You'll Do

• Provide direct patient care for post-surgical spinal, neuro, orthopedic, and trauma patients
• Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Document patient care activities accurately using Epic EMR system
• Assist with patient education and discharge planning
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant patient environment

What You Need

• Kansas RN license or multistate licensure (no hits allowed)
• Minimum 1 year of Med/Surg Trauma experience
• Active BLS certification (AHA)
• Strong clinical skills in trauma, neuro, orthopedic, and post-surgical care
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays as scheduled
