This specialized team is responsible for managing the financial aspects of the manufacturing processes, including budgeting, cost analysis, and financial reporting specific to the factory's needs.Our team is looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join as a Finance Analyst supporting New Mexico Manufacturing. This position will be the primary Finance support for forecasting and financial close for New Mexico Operations . The position requires you to:* Support business by closing the books, analyzing variances and trends, and developing financial forecasts that are consistent with the business objectives of the organization* Partner with the rest of the Back End Finance team as well as site Operations* Keep Intel legal, and completing financial process requirements* Own and drive process efficiency and improvement, develop performance metrics and analytics and identify and influence cost reduction* Drive system automation and business process efficiency improvements* Requires thorough working knowledge of finance, accounting and business analysisAdditionally, specific responsibilities include:* Coordinating all Budget Planning and Close activities* Providing strategic finance support to site Operations Managers* Drives cost reduction strategies and interfaces with local levels of management, customer finance and division financeBehavioral traits for this position would include: problem-solving skills, multi-tasking, very good verbal/written communication, ability to work in a dynamic and team-oriented environment.**This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.**## **Qualifications:****Minimum Qualifications*** Bachelor's or BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.* 1+ years of experience in financial analysis, financial reporting, or related fields with a Bachelor's degree, or 0 years of experience with a Master's degree.* Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and financial reporting tools.* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex financial data into actionable insights.* Adept in using enterprise financial systems and tools, such as Microsoft Excel, SAP, or similar platforms.**Preferred Qualifications*** Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across functions and communicate effectively with diverse teams and leadership.* A proactive mindset and enthusiasm for identifying and driving process improvements.* Strong business acumen and an understanding of industry trends to support strategic decision-making.**This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.**We are excited to welcome you to a team that values innovation, collaboration, and professional growth.
