The Role We are seeking an experienced Marketing Managerto lead the strategic and tactical marketing activities for products within Rosemont’s portfolio. This is a highly collaborative role where you will work cross-functionally to ensure strong product positioning, successful launches, and sustainable commercial performance. As the internal brand champion, you’ll play a key role in driving growth, customer engagement, and competitive differentiation, reporting directly to the VP, Commercial. This role is Remote, but requires occasional days in the Greenville Office and around 25% travel around the USA to attend conferences and other meetings. Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver integrated marketing plans across personal and non-personal channels Create impactful promotional materials including sales aids, journal ads, and medical education content Lead digital marketing initiatives to enhance engagement and brand visibility Analyse market intelligence and competitor activity to inform strategy Cross-Functional Leadership Collaborate closely with Sales teams to align messaging, training, and field insights Partner with Market Access on payer strategy and value communication Work with Medical Affairs to deliver compliant, non-promotional education and KOL engagement Manage agency partners to ensure high-quality, compliant, on-time delivery Lead congress and event strategy, including brand presence and booth execution Operational Excellence Own project management across internal stakeholders including Regulatory, Legal/Compliance, and Finance Support product launches and ongoing commercial initiatives Experience & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related business discipline is essential Minimum of 5 years’ experience in product/brand roles (Marketing, Sales, Market Research, or Analytics) within the Pharmaceutical Industry is essential Experience supporting or leading product launches is highly desirable Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills required Ability to travel up to 25%, including occasional weekends We are committed to fostering an environment of enablement where our people can grow, develop their talents, and pursue meaningful career paths.
