Culture of compassion: Help us make a positive impact on every life we touch Competitive Pay: Starting at $27.00/hour Sign-On Bonus: $500 (after 90 days of employment) Schedule: Full-Time | 6am - 2pm | Monday - Friday Investing in You: Enjoy a comprehensive, quality benefits package Supportive Team: We value our team members just as much as the people we serve What You'll Do: Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team while upholding person-centered and professional standards Supervise daily operations and compliance in accordance with Minnesota Statute 245D for assigned program sites Promote and protect the health and safety of persons served in accordance withMinnesota Statute 245D Provide training, support, and guidance for Direct Support Professionals following Minnesota Statute 245Dand all applicable employment laws and vulnerable adult protections Guide teams to effectively interact with and among the persons served, staff, guardians, case managers, administrative team, community, and families of persons served What You'll Need: Must meet one of the following educational requirements: A baccalaureate degree in a field related to human services, education, or health and one year of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older, or equivalent work experience providing care or education to vulnerable adults or children OR An associate degree in a field related to human services, education, or health and two years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older, or equivalent work experience providing care or education to vulnerable adults or children OR Adiploma in a field related to human services, education, or health from an accredited postsecondary institution and three years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older or equivalent work experience providing care or education to vulnerable adults or children OR Aminimum of 50 hours of education and training related to human services and disabilities ANDfour years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older under the supervision of a staff person who meets the qualifications identified in clauses (1) to (3) of the MN statutes for 245D 2+ years of direct staff management in a health/human services setting (required) At least one year of full-time experience in direct care and 50 hours of relevant training (required) Experience withMinnesota 245D Designated Coordinator qualifications Ability to lead, train, and motivate a diverse team while upholding person-centered and professional standards Proficient with technology and documentation Strong communication, organization, and time management skills Must be 21years or older High school diploma or GED Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Benefits Available to Qualified Employees: Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off (eligible to accrue PTO day one) 401K for staff over the age of 21 after oneyear of employment Short-term & Long-term Disability Insurance Employee Assistance Program Designated Coordinator Starting at $27.00/hour | Full-Time Days Sign-On Bonus: $500 R&M Welty | Roseville, MN Make a difference in someone's life every day.
