As a Direct Support Professional, you'll provide one-on-one support to individuals in their homes and throughout the Gilbert community.

Your day may include:

• Teaching independent living and daily life skills
• Supporting community outings, hobbies, and recreational activities
• Assisting with personal care when appropriate
• Encouraging self-confidence and personal growth
• Helping individuals work toward their personal goals
• Building lasting relationships with individuals and their families
• Completing simple documentation using our mobile app

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Arizona Driver's License
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass required background checks
• Successful completion of paid training provided by Endeavor
