If there is alignment now or in the near future, we reach out. The Opportunity We partner with manufacturers across Walker seeking Office Managers who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily office operations and administrative support for manufacturing facility. Manage office budget, including expense tracking and vendor payments. Coordinate facility maintenance, repairs, and supply procurement. Administer new hire onboarding paperwork and maintain personnel records. Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to ensure efficient workflow. Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external communications. Organize company events, meetings, and travel arrangements. Recommended Qualifications 5+ years of experience in an office management or administrative leadership role. Proven ability to manage office operations, including supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with all levels of staff and external vendors. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software. Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is highly preferred. Bonus Qualifications Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for basic data entry or report generation. Familiarity with health and safety regulations (OSHA) and maintaining related documentation. Project coordination experience, even for small-scale internal initiatives. Ability to read and understand basic technical drawings or schematics.
