Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst for a long-term (30-month) hybrid engagement with the State of New York in Albany, NY.
The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of hands-on experience in business analysis, requirements management lifecycle, Salesforce OmniStudio, and Public Sector solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Elicit, analyze, and document stakeholder business needs using process mapping, use cases, swim lane diagrams, wireframes, and UI specifications.

Manage requirements throughout the Requirements Management Lifecycle, including traceability, baselines, and change control.

Leverage Salesforce OmniStudio and Public Sector solutions to design functional and technical workflows.

Collaborate with application architects and dev teams to resolve conflicting requirements in an Agile/SCRUM environment using Jira.

Create comprehensive test plans, test cases, and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions with business end-users.
Required Experience & Qualifications:

84+ Months (7+ Years) of Business Analysis experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and creating software development artifacts.

60+ Months (5+ Years) managing requirements traceability, baselines, change control, and creating test plans/UAT execution.

24+ Months of hands-on experience with Salesforce OmniStudio and Public Sector solutions .

12+ Months of experience using Jira in an Agile/SCRUM framework.

Certifications (Mandatory/Preferred):
-
Salesforce Certified Business Analyst, Administrator, or Developer.

IIBA CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional).

Location Requirement: Must be able to report on a hybrid schedule in Albany, NY 12203.
