Executive Director, Global Campus

the client invites nominations and applications for the inaugural Executive Director of the client Global Campus. this executive leader will serve in a launch role to establish and operationalize an integrated online learning infrastructure that unifies and elevates current offerings into a high-quality, scalable, and sustainable online ecosystem. reporting to the provost, the Executive Director will drive business planning, platform build-out and launch, faculty engagement, and institutional change management to position the global campus as an international model of online education aligned with workforce needs and the organization’s broader vision of expanding access to quality education. the Executive Director will guide the development of delivery platforms, the launch of new programs, and the support and growth of existing offerings. they will direct faculty and staff engagement to ensure excellence in online teaching and learning, and provide transformational leadership to design scalable systems and foster innovative academic pathways. this role is expected to support organizational transformation focused on creating accessible, mission-driven online education at scale. the client has engaged a retained recruitment partner to assist with candidate outreach, screening, and selection. evaluation of candidate materials will begin immediately and continue until the Executive Director is selected. nominations and confidential conversations with promising candidates will also begin immediately, with applications submitted through the talent profile.
