Benefits Medical Insurance 401(k) with Company Match ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) Paid Time Off - 18 days/year 9 Paid Holidays Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project management of meetings and events, including timelines, logistics, and on-site execution Build strong client relationships; support sourcing, destination research, program design, and communications Negotiate and manage vendors, travel, transportation, venues, and program specifications Develop, track, reconcile, and report budgets, invoices, and post-event outcomes Qualifications CMP certification strongly preferred Minimum 5 years of corporate meetings/incentive planning and client management experience Experience sourcing vendors, negotiating contracts, and managing hospitality/travel operations preferred Fully remote role requiring ~40% domestic/international travel, including some weekends Must have a valid passport Proficiency in Microsoft Office; comfort with event tech and project tools (e.g., Cvent, Slack, Monday.com) Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 #J-18808-Ljbffr Goodwin Recruiting
