Following a recent strategic update, the practice is now open to experienced PA candidates and is focused on identifying clinicians who can deliver high-quality patient care in a collaborative environment. Required Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) Minimum 2 years of clinical experience required Nephrology experience NOT required (training provided) for PA-C only Strong clinical judgment and patient care skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Responsibilities Provide comprehensive patient care under physician supervision Conduct patient assessments, exams, and follow-ups Develop and implement treatment plans Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams Maintain accurate and timely documentation
