BioCryst Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking an IT Support Specialist for the Frontier Durham office. This 100% on-site, 6‑month contract role focuses on Tier 1 desk-side support, onboarding/offboarding, and white-glove assistance for leadership and visitors. You will resolve basic hardware/software issues, manage conference room tech, and maintain daily office technology readiness with BioCryst IT teams.
