Desktop Support Technician

Job Description This person will provide 100% onsite deskside support for County of Orange employees in Santa Ana. They'll troubleshoot Windows 11 hardware and software issues, configure and refresh desktops/laptops, set up users and accounts, and provide hands‑on technical support across several nearby County buildings.
