UX Designer

Title: UX Designer Location: Anywhere in the US OR NYC or Waltham, MA Duration: 12 Months W2 Responsibilities: Provide end-to-end design support for the ideation/prioritization/execution of optimizations to the current value proposition. Play a leading role in evolving the strategic direction of the value proposition, leveraging vision & design thinking best practices combined with a pragmatic, data-driven approach to test-learn-iterate Carnivore's way to product-market-fit and beyond. Work with User Researcher to leverage best-in-class approaches to user research to maximise volume & impact of consumer insights. KPIs: Conversion uplift generated from optimization and new feature development Qualitative feedback to next generation designs Uplift in NPS of customers for our value proposition Volume and quality of customer feedback Key Criteria: [5+] years of experience designing UX/UIof digital customer journeys, with proven success across both: - The 'optimization' of an existing value proposition - Evolving the design of a value proposition through the different phases of the 'discovery' process to find product-market-fit [2+] years experience in B2C eCommerce, preferably D2C [2+] years experience working in a start-up/scale-up environment Deep understanding of design thinking and customer journey mapping Experience of designing for emotion-driven/premium consumer products (if not direct experience, a clear understanding of how this differs)
