This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while engaging with clients through our integrated telehealth platform. Our organization embraces a flexible schedule, with core working hours established from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions via telehealth, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions, including treatment plans and progress notes, in accordance with our electronic health record systems.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychologists, social workers, and psychiatrists, to enhance comprehensive patient care.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops, webinars, and training sessions to stay current with mental health trends and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a broad spectrum of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our telehealth services uniquely position our clinicians to reach underserved populations who may have difficulty accessing traditional in-person therapy. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in the state of New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience.
