HVAC Technician IIIUnder the general direction of the HVAC Supervisor, the HVAC Technician III oversees both skilled and unskilled trades and maintenance personnel engaged in the installation, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems and related equipment within buildings and facilities. This position involves working with chiller plant operations, automated building control systems, and mechanical components. The HVAC Technician III is responsible for prioritizing work to address critical issues, providing on-the-job training to junior technicians, and oversee contractors during project inspections. This position requires flexibility to work rotating shifts, including days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays, to meet the demands of our 24/7 operations. Such assignments may be before, during, or after the emergency/disaster. Complies with all HCAA Policies, Procedures, and Standards.Qualifications (Education, Experience, Licenses & Certifications):High School Diploma or equivalent.Four (4) years experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems.
