Retirement Plan Onboarding Specialist Fully Remote Base: $70,000 – $80,000 Experience: 3-5 Yrs of Onboarding experience Designation preferred, not required Previous remote experience Job Description: Manage the full onboarding process for both takeover and start-up retirement plans from initial case review through final implementation Coordinate plan conversions and new plan installations while ensuring accurate and timely completion of all onboarding tasks Gather, review, scrub, and upload census, payroll, and plan data for successful implementation Analyze prior recordkeeper and TPA information to ensure accurate plan setup and transition Consult with plan sponsors, advisors, and internal teams to establish onboarding expectations, timelines, and deliverables Develop and manage implementation timelines to keep all parties informed and projects on track Conduct kickoff and status meetings with plan sponsors and service providers throughout the onboarding process Review plan provisions and setup details to ensure compliance and operational accuracy Coordinate with recordkeepers, payroll providers, investment platforms, and internal departments during implementation Identify and resolve data discrepancies, operational issues, and conversion challenges proactively Ensure all required documentation, plan setup forms, and onboarding materials are completed #LI-SA1
