Day Habilitation Manager

At The Arc Erie County NY, our mission is simple: create opportunities for people with disabilities to live, work, and thrive in their communities.

We are currently hiring a Day Habilitation Manager to help lead daily programming that supports individuals in developing skills, building relationships, and engaging in community life.

What Your Day Might Include

Guiding our Direct Support Professional (DSPs) staff as they support program participants
Helping organize community-based activities
Monitoring progress and service delivery
Maintaining a safe and supportive environment
Working directly with individuals in programming activities

What We’re Looking For

Experience in human services and a passion for helping others succeed.

Candidates may qualify with:

Bachelor’s degree + 1 year experience
Associate’s degree + 2 years’ experience
High school diploma + 5 years’ experience
Valid NYS Driver’s License with approved driving record

Position Details

Schedule : Monday – Friday, 7:45am – 3:45pm. No nights, weekends or holidays worked!

Pay: $26.01 per hour

Location: 30 Wilson Road, Williamsville, NY 14221
