Accounting Manager

The ZLC Group is seeking a talented Manager to join our dynamic accounting firm and lead our team to new heights. As an Accounting Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, providing them with top-notch accounting services and tailored solutions. You’ll be responsible for driving growth, delivering outstanding results, and building lasting relationships with clients. Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements and tax returns Limited Liability Companies, S Corporations, C Corporations, Trusts, tax-exempt, individual taxpayers, and multi-state businesses Provide leadership and guidance to ensure the continued growth and success of the firm. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored accounting solutions that meet their unique requirements. Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our services remain at the cutting edge. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, proactively addressing their needs and concerns. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field A CPA certification to demonstrate your commitment to the profession. 6+ years of experience in accounting, with at least 4 years in a leadership role. Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to clients. The ability to work independently and as part of a team, while maintaining a high level of quality. Compensation and Benefits $90,000 + Depending on Experience.
