Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a full-time caseload of therapy clients, providing individualized sessions any time from late afternoon into the evening, ensuring accessibility for clients with varying schedules.

• Deliver high-quality individual and couples therapy sessions, skillfully adapting techniques to suit the unique needs of each client.

• Thoroughly document all sessions and maintain accurate client records using our state-of-the-art Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Utilize our billing service effectively, which handles client and insurance accounts, enabling you to concentrate on therapy instead of administrative tasks.

• Proactively schedule follow-up appointments with clients, maintain and update your calendar regularly, and manage any last-minute changes with professionalism.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice serves a diverse population of clients ranging from young children to older adults, with varying mental health challenges. You will have the opportunity to work with individuals and couples facing issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and coping with trauma. This role requires sensitivity and a personalized approach to meet the distinct needs of each client and help them achieve their therapeutic goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Must possess a valid license to practice independently as an LCSW in Virginia.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range between USD 70,000 and 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
