Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Verve Wellness, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Providing individual and couples therapy sessions tailored to meet the unique needs of clients across all age ranges.

• Timely documentation of all client interactions and maintaining accurate records to ensure continuity of care.
\n
• Coordinating the scheduling of ongoing appointments while managing an updated calendar to optimize client availability.

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing treatment plans aimed at improving each client’s emotional and psychological well-being.

• Utilizing our billing service to handle insurance claims, benefit checks, and resolving client queries regarding payments or services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position focuses on a diverse client population, including individuals and couples facing serious illnesses, grief, and end-of-life considerations. The therapist will be tasked with addressing a range of clinical presentations, ensuring that all patients feel heard, supported, and understood during their care journey.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Independent licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Virginia.

• Demonstrated professionalism with excellent therapeutic boundaries, cultural sensitivity, and strong organizational skills.

• Availability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, including evening hours at least twice a week.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• An annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000, based on experience and qualifications.
