Maintenance Supervisor

We are hiring a Maintenance Supervisor in Jacksonville for the 3rd shift (10:00 pm–6:30 am, Monday–Friday, occasional weekends). Roles and Responsibilities Responsible for troubleshooting and providing immediate preventative and corrective maintenance support to production lines and facilitating change-overs Troubleshoot equipment problems and perform immediate repairs and preventive maintenance on equipment Overhaul and install new equipment Rebuild and fabricate parts Perform facility maintenance and maintain a clean & safe work area Generate parts requests to ensure adequate inventory Generate and complete work orders as assigned Perform equipment change-overs and production line set-ups Required Qualifications At least 1 year of industrial maintenance experience Previous experience within a high-speed industrial environment Demonstrated mechanical and technical aptitude Basic computer skills Ability to follow manufacturers' specifications and schematics Required to supply hand tools Preferred Qualifications EET/MET or Mechatronics degree 5+ years of mechanical/electrical experience Prior diagnostic/troubleshooting and preventive maintenance experience Programmable Logic Control (PLC) knowledge Mill and lathe experience TPM maintenance knowledge and abilities SAP experience Previous front‑line leadership This job description is not an exhaustive list of all functions that the employee may be required to perform, and the employee may be required to perform additional functions.
