Schedule: M-F, 8am to 5:30pm

Pay Rate : Will be increasing to $23/HR starting July 1st

Description

• Managing communications and patient education regarding ER visits, inpatient hospital resources, and Early Bird Alert portals.
• Providing marketing and enrollment assistance, and working closely with brokers and benefits specialists.
• Handling inbound/outbound calls and ensuring smooth transitions for patients between medical settings

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience working in a healthcare environment (prior authorization, insurance verification, benefit verification, etc)
• Must be bilingual in Spanish

This is a Contract position based out of Glendale, CA.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
