Facility ManagerThe Role As a Facility Manager at Lucky Strike Entertainment, you will keep everything running: the lanes, the attractions, the kitchen equipment, and every building system in between, staying ahead of failures and being the first one called when something goes wrong. What You'll DoPerform and oversee daily repair and maintenance across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, lanes, and attractionsExecute preventative maintenance schedules, document all work, and monitor equipment performance to get ahead of failuresServe as the on-site technical expert, completing repairs and troubleshooting issues with speed and precisionManage contractors, vendors, parts inventory, and facility budgetsTrain and develop maintenance team members in safe practices, technical skills, and quality standardsProvide technical support during peak hours including nights, weekends, and holidays to keep the center fully operationalWhat You'll Bring3 or more years of facilities or technical operations leadership in a high-volume environmentPractical experience with plumbing, electrical repair, HVAC, and general contractingProven ability to build and lead a maintenance team focused on uptime and guest satisfactionFinancial acumen including preventive maintenance budgeting, vendor management, and cost controlStrong understanding of safety compliance, OSHA standards, and regulatory requirementsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in mechanical or technical spacesFlexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidaysWhat You'll Get Our people are the reason guests keep coming back.
