What You’ll Do Day-To-Day Process and audit high-volume and complex vendor invoices using 3‑way match against purchase orders. Generate accruals and support of month-end close activities. Support internal and external audit activities and maintain accurate records. Coordinate inquiries with vendors, internal customers, and Project Managers. Assemble supporting documentation for invoices and ensure compliance with financial policies. Perform intermediate accounting and Treasury administrative tasks. Promote and maintain a safe work environment. What You'll Bring High School diploma or equivalent education and minimum of 2 years of related experience. Knowledge of accounting procedures and terminology such as accounts payable, receivable, general ledger and financial reporting. Experience in Accounts Payable or similar accounting work. Familiarity with SAP or comparable ERP platforms. Good communication skills to comprehend, follow direction and convey data. Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and teamwork orientation. Exhibits questioning attitude and practices self-checking.Ability to identify and improve financial processes. Total Rewards Package Total Rewards Package Salary: $19.70-$25.70/hrand may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
