Founding Marketing Lead

About the Role
Join an early-stage AI infrastructure company as its founding marketing lead in the United States. You will build awareness, community, and product adoption among technical audiences, while working closely with product, sales, and executive teams.
What You'll Do
Plan and run product launches, bringing researchers into the product and improving signups, activation, onboarding, and ongoing usage.
Build and engage technical communities through chat platforms, product updates, office hours, and community relationship management.
Organize hackathons, meetups, and partner events that support adoption and business development.
Represent the company at major AI, robotics, and developer conferences, coordinating demos, meetings, and follow-up.
Coordinate partner marketing, including joint content, speaking opportunities, and events.
Work with public relations partners and prepare company spokespeople for media and analyst conversations.
Develop university and research-lab partnerships, including talks, campus events, and student communities.
Manage customer case studies, references, and speaking opportunities from initial outreach through publication.
Share timely updates on professional and social platforms, and conduct weekly user interviews to inform the product team.
What We're Looking For
4 to 7 years of experience in growth, community, developer relations, or ecosystem marketing, including experience at an AI, infrastructure, or developer tools company.
Evidence of growing product usage or a technical community with measurable results.
Technical fluency to demonstrate AI and machine learning products and speak credibly with researchers, including audiences in robotics.
Experience with growth or community work in addition to brand or communications marketing; early-stage startup experience is valuable.
Familiarity with Discord, Slack, a CRM such as HubSpot, LinkedIn, X, email marketing platforms, analytics dashboards, AI productivity tools, and video or demo editing tools.
University or research-lab partnership experience and strong independent writing and content production skills are valuable.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $150,000 to $200,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
