Job Description As Phonely’s first Marketing Lead, you will own the entire marketing function from scratch in a high-growth, 0-to-1 environment. Reporting directly to the founders, you’ll define the brand narrative, build organic content engines, and scale demand generation. This is a hands-on role where you will both write the playbook and execute the strategy for a breakout voice AI company. Build an organic growth engine by establishing content pillars, a consistent publishing cadence, and thought leadership across social channels, blogs, and newsletters. Launch demand generation programs, layering SEO, PR, and paid campaigns onto a strong organic base while managing external agency partnerships. The ideal candidate 5 years of progressive marketing experience with a proven track record of building marketing functions from 0 to 1 at early-stage startups. A versatile marketing generalist with deep expertise across brand, content, growth, and demand generation, comfortable with both high-level strategy and hands-on execution.
