Operations Manager-CA

Position Summary The Operations Manager is a member of the Store Management team responsible for driving store execution and performance, maintaining an engaged team, and delivering excellent customer service. The role reports to the Store Manager and supports overall store management, sales, inventory, staffing, financial, and customer service functions. Essential Functions Management Lead others and work effectively with store crews. Supervise, assign, and direct activities of the store's crew. Communicate information to store crew and supervisors in an open and timely manner. Support the Store Manager with action plans for operational and service improvement. Customer Service Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints. Promote the CVS customer service culture (greet, offer help, and thank). Required Qualifications Deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills, and computer skills. Advanced communication skills, leadership, supervision, and influencing skill. Ability to work a full‑time flexible schedule, including early morning, overnight, weekends, overtime, and response to urgent store issues. Preferred Qualifications Experience as a retail manager or supervisor. Education High school diploma or equivalent required. Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is $23.47 - $37.47. The actual base salary offer will vary based on experience, education, geography, and other factors.
