Chief Executive Officer

the client is seeking a CEO to lead growth in the US market for a premium European mineral water brand. the organization is a small team in Europe focused on manufacturing, complemented by a sales presence in the US, with key European markets including Germany, Italy, and the UK, while the US represents the highest potential market. The role is expected to be based in Southern California. The CEO will design and implement a business development strategy for the US, beginning with building a strong on-premise presence with premium restaurants and hotels. The position also involves supervising manufacturing activities in Europe and supporting the development of key European markets, as well as additional international markets that have already been established. The ideal candidate is a dynamic sales and business development executive ready to step into a C-level role within a small structure. Prior experience in food-service/on-premise sales of premium food and beverage products is required, and international sales experience is preferred. Italian fluency is required.
