Human Resources Assistant (Mil/OA) – Installation Personnel Administration Center (IPAC) You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT (MIL/OA) in the Installation Personnel Administration Center (IPAC) of RECRUIT TRAINING REGIMENT. Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS‑06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Providing overall management to all administrative processes, office operations, and standard office automated equipment; Creating, updating, and maintaining service personnel records; Analyzing and researching regulations and procedures for problem resolutions; Providing training and briefs to various levels of the organization.
