Cargowise Application Specialist

Summary:

This position is expected to manage and/or support initiatives for continuous improvement in current and future CargoWise modules and projects as determined by the company. The successful candidate for this role will take ownership of the development and deployment of these projects, communicate on progress, and meet deadlines as decided by the company. This position is critical to the continued efficient use of our CargoWise operating system.

Responsibilities:

1. Help develop project plans for assigned projects
2. Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project
3. Support implementation of new features and training with roll out
4. Handle multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines
5. Analyze project data & risk, report findings, and propose solutions
6. Provide administrative support as needed
7. Work on tight deadlines and changing priorities
8. Ensure stakeholder views are managed toward the best solution
9. Work independently and as part of a team
10. CargoWise documentation

Requirements:

1. Minimum 2 years CargoWise Experience
2. 2 years of SQL Back End/data base skills
3. 2 years of workflows programming and debugging.
4. 2 years of experience with creating and modifying documents within Cargowise.
5. 2 years of experience of Air & Ocean Import/Export
