Key Responsibilities

• Analyze property and portfolio financial performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for leadership teams
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses across multiple properties and business units
• Partner with operations and property management teams to improve financial performance and operational efficiency
• Create and maintain financial models to support investment, acquisition, and strategic planning decisions
• Monitor key performance indicators and provide actionable recommendations to management
• Assist with annual budgeting processes, cash flow projections, and long-range planning initiatives

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 3+ years of Financial Analyst experience, preferably within real estate, property management, or a multi-site operational environment
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to interpret and present complex financial data
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both finance and operations teams
• Experience with ERP, property management, or financial reporting systems is preferred
