Guest Advisor — Spavia Day Spa, Minnetonka Position type: Part-time, ~31.5 hours/week. Reports to Spa Management. About the role Our Guest Advisors are the first and last impression of the Spavia experience. You're the warm voice on the phone, the friendly face at the front desk, and the person who turns a first‑time visitor into a loyal member. This is a sales‑forward, hospitality‑first role: you guide guests toward the services and memberships that fit them, and you do it through genuine connection—never pressure. Schedule Tuesday – 1:30 pm to 8:30 pm (closing) Thursday – 10:00 am to 6:00 pm Friday – 12:30 pm to 8:30 pm (closing) Saturday – 10:00 am to 6:30 pm Saturdays are required and non‑negotiable—it's one of our busiest days of the week. There's some flexibility with weekday shifts, but availability on Saturday is essential for consideration. You will work closely with our team throughout the day, and there will be times when you run the front desk independently. We’re looking for someone confident, self‑sufficient, and able to keep operations running smoothly. What you'll do Deliver a warm, professional, and engaging guest experience in person and on the phone. Promote and sell memberships—educating guests on the benefits and helping them choose the right fit. Recommend services, enhancements, and retail products with genuine confidence. Schedule appointments accurately and efficiently, and keep guest profiles and notes up to date. Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally. Keep a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk environment. Collaborate with therapists and teammates to keep the day running smoothly. What we're looking for Sales drive, balanced with heart.
