You will own the product vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmap — partnering with Sales, Marketing, Compliance, Operations, IT, and Leadership to understand business processes and go-to-market objectives and translate them into scalable, user-centered capabilities that drive sales productivity and content effectiveness.You will own the product lifecycle: from discovery through delivery and post-launch optimization. This includes translating business needs into product requirements, managing vendor relationships, partnering with IT for delivery, driving user adoption and change management, and continuously improving the product based on data and user feedback. You operate in ambiguity — turning loosely defined business challenges into structured problem statements and prioritized initiatives — and serve as the connective tissue between business stakeholders, users, and technology teams.
