You use your graphic design skills and creativity to produce appealing layouts in InDesign and ensure that proposals are compliant and meet Toole Design's standards. You perform copy editing and proofreading to ensure products are error-free. You develop interview presentations and marketing collateral.Join Us. Toole Design is a woman-owned, equal opportunity employer (EO/AA/VEV/Disabled employer).RequirementsWhat You Bring:A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, English, journalism, or similar relevant experience in lieu of a degreeFour to five years of hands-on experience in proposal preparation/coordination, layout design, writing, and copy editing, and working with a teamAdvanced proficiency in InDesign and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)Basic experience with Illustrator and PhotoshopExcellent attention to detail and ability to multitaskExceptional organizational skillsA collaborative approach to generating strategies and developing creative solutions
