Role Description The Therapist will provide individual and, when appropriate, family or group psychotherapy to clients using evidence-based modalities within Peace of Mind Telehealth’s integrated care platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting comprehensive intake assessments, developing and updating treatment plans, documenting clinical encounters in a timely and compliant manner, and collaborating with prescribers and other members of the care team. The Therapist will use telehealth tools and AI-supported assessments to inform clinical decision-making, monitor client progress, and adjust interventions as needed. Additional responsibilities may include crisis intervention, coordination of referrals to higher levels of care, and participation in case consultations or team meetings. This is a full-time hybrid role based in North Chicago, IL, with a combination of on-site and work-from-home hours. Qualifications Licensed or license-eligible mental health professional (e.g., LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, PsyD, PhD in Clinical Psychology) in the state of Illinois. Demonstrated skills in individual psychotherapy and, ideally, family or group therapy using evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care). Experience conducting diagnostic assessments, developing treatment plans, and maintaining accurate, HIPAA-compliant clinical documentation. Comfort and proficiency with telehealth platforms, electronic health records, and technology-enhanced care, including openness to working alongside AI-supported tools. Strong interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills, with the ability to build therapeutic rapport across diverse populations and cultural backgrounds. Ability to manage a full-time caseload, prioritize tasks, and work both independently and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team. Knowledge of risk assessment and crisis intervention practices, including familiarity with local resources and escalation protocols. Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental/behavioral health field; prior telehealth or outpatient clinical experience is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr Peace of Mind Telehealth PLLC
