This role supports the Project Management team with construction-phase coordination, documentation, scheduling, cost tracking, billing support, and closeout. The role involves handling smaller projects in the $100K-$500K range and assisting senior project management on larger multi-trade projects. This is an on-site, full-time, direct-hire , salaried position for their San Leandro office . Candidates should generally expect to be in the office about 4 days per week and travel to job sites as needed. A company vehicle is provided for job site travel.
