Manager - HR Business Partner

We are looking for a professional to contribute to the development and implementation of people strategies to enhance organizational strategy, manage major workforce projects, and lead strategic initiatives across the organization. Education Required – Bachelor’s in Human Resources, Business, Health Care Administration, or a related field. Preferred – Master’s degree. Work Experience Required – 4 years of HR experience or related healthcare operations experience. Certifications Preferred – Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM‑CP), or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM‑SCP). Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) Comprehensive knowledge of HR functions including employee relations, employment law, succession planning, and talent management. Ability to translate business strategies into effective HR services. Proficiency with Windows applications, Microsoft Office, and SharePoint. Effective verbal and written communication skills; ability to present information clearly to various audiences. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong connections with leaders and employees. Emotional intelligence to manage challenging communications. Strong facilitation skills to enhance meeting effectiveness. Job Duties Supports HR Business Partners in driving people strategy, organizational design, leadership development, and change management. Leads strategic initiatives using project management, change management, and process improvement. Assists project leaders and teams with milestones and strategies. Collaborates with Centers of Excellence on strategic and organizational needs. Provides HR leadership, with CEOs, during due diligence and implementation phases for new partnerships. Instructs and coaches organizational leaders during departmental training programs. Performs additional duties as assigned. Complies with all policies and standards. Physical & Environmental Demands Light work: occasional lifting up to 20 pounds, frequent lifting up to 10 pounds, or negligible force; may include walking, standing, or pushing/pulling activities. No exposure to blood, body fluids, or tissue; no emergency care or first aid duties. No occupational risk for exposure to communicable diseases. Potential exposure to hazardous medications or waste within the healthcare environment.
