Job Description

• Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess individual patient needs and design bespoke therapy strategies to help them achieve their functional aspirations
• Implement Evidence-Based Interventions: Apply proven therapeutic techniques to promote enhancement in patients' motor functions, cognitive abilities, and daily life skills
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work hand-in-hand with therapists, physicians, and nurses to guarantee holistic, well-rounded patient care
• Educate Patients and Families: Provide insightful guidance to patients and their caregivers on therapy protocols to support continuous improvement at home
• Track and Assess Progress: Monitor patient outcomes diligently and adapt treatment approaches to ensure they remain on the path to success

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution
• Continuing education and additional certifications are highly encouraged and supported

Certifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT certification (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) is required
