Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time Texas Licensed Care Coordinator will manage healthcare coordination and appointment scheduling for patients in a remote role, requiring occasional onsite training in Texas. Key responsibilities Ensures a positive patient experience by focusing on satisfaction and resolution of inquiries Responds to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner Documents customer interactions and follows up to ensure issues are resolved to satisfaction Required qualifications High school graduate or equivalent One year of experience in customer service, call center, or healthcare-related role Previous healthcare experience and familiarity with medical terminology Computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Bi-lingual (Spanish and English) preferred
