We’re seeking an experienced, motivated, and detail-oriente d Pre-Suit Paraleg al to join our team and make an immediate impact. What You’ll Be Doing: Client Interac tion: Meet with clients both in-person and over the phone, ensuring clear communication and providing a high level of customer care. Legal Documenta tion: Handle electronic filing with the Court, draft and file complaints, discovery requests, motions, and other legal documents. Medical Record Manage ment: Regularly gather, review, and update medical records, bills, and other relevant documents from medical providers and third-party processing sites. Case Prepara tion: Manage all aspects of case prep, including creating detailed Excel itemizations of medical bills and gathering vital case information (police reports, death certificates, EMS reports, etc. Schedu ling: Coordinate mediation, depositions, hearings, and related legal proceedings while ensuring all documents are prepared for successful outcomes. Collabora tion: Work closely with our legal team to ensure smooth case progression and support on litigation tasks. Experi ence: A minimum of 3 to 5 y ears of experience in PRE-Suit within the Personal Injury space. Sk ills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, FileVine, Dropbox, and Ad obe. Familiarity with legal tech tools is a plus! D rive: Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
