What You’ll Do Identify, research, and connect with potential customers through various outbound sales channels (calls, emails, LinkedIn messages, etc.) Create and maintain a qualified pipeline of leads for the sales team Leverage your network and prospecting skills to develop new sales opportunities Log all activities, notes, and tasks in HubSpot (and similar sales tools) in order to provide complete transparency around day-to-day sales activities Meet or exceed quota Collaborate with the Growth Team (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing) on ways to improve our customer journey and positioning Commit to continuous improvement and education Dedicate to professional growth and elite selling After you apply for this position: send our Head of Growth, Doug Gabbard, a connection request on LinkedIn with a message (or a standard message if you are already connected) containing the word, “delighted” What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 1+ years of experience in sales, meeting or exceeded quota Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience with Google Suite, HubSpot and/or Salesforce and other sales software Preferred but not required: experience working in, or selling to, the franchise industry Who You Are Infectiously curious and a great listener An exceptional communicator, both written and verbal Highly motivated, internally driven and a self starter Eager to seek new opportunities and advance your career What We Offer $55k Base Salary. $85k OTE Uncapped commission Competitive benefits package Equity options Opportunity for career advancement at an early-stage startup Requirements This role requires you to be onsite in the Denver Office 3-5 days per week and there will be occasional travel required to attend industry conferences.
