Qualifications: - MD/DO with Florida License - BC in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine - 5 years of experience in outpatient practice, with clinical experience in primary care, senior health, and value-based care (VBC) - 3 years of experience leading clinicians in a leadership role with demonstrated impact on clinician talent, culture, and performance; partnership with operations; and supporting teams
