Every interaction is an opportunity to create meaningful, memorable experiences for residents and their guests.The Concierge team serves as a central point of contact, working closely with all departments—including Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, and Culinary—to ensure seamless day-to-day living and exceptional service delivery.At Rosewood Residences Lido Key, the Concierge is responsible for delivering exceptional, personalized service in a friendly, natural, and professional manner while ensuring complete resident satisfaction.You will act as a trusted resource, anticipating needs and managing a wide range of requests—from reservations and itinerary planning to coordinating in-residence services and lifestyle experiences. Working closely with the General Manager and cross-functional teams, you will ensure all public areas and services are maintained to the highest standards. This position is ideal for a service-driven professional who thrives in a luxury residential environment and is passionate about creating seamless, elevated living experiences.How You'll Make the Place:Greet and welcome residents and guests, personalizing every interaction whenever possibleEngage with residents in a warm, and meaningful mannerHandle all resident requests with urgency, professionalism, and attention to detailProvide information on services, amenities, events, and local recommendationsManage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries (e.g., dry cleaning, flowers, food)Answer all phone calls and respond to emails/texts promptly, following Rosewood communication standardsMaintain accurate resident profiles, preferences, and communication recordsCoordinate visitor access, ensuring all guests are authorized and properly directed or escortedCommunicate maintenance updates and follow up on service requests to ensure completionSupport move-in orientations and ongoing resident onboarding experiencesProvide concierge services locally and globally, leveraging the Rosewood network and partnershipsCoordinate travel arrangements, transportation, and arrival/departure preparationsResolve service issues and ensure timely follow-upMonitor cleanliness and upkeep of public areas, amenities, and lobby spacesAssist with setup, staging, and maintenance of resident amenities and shared spacesCollaborate across departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resident satisfactionMaintain knowledge of and compliance with residential policies and proceduresEnsure the front desk, lobby, and workstation are clean, organized, and properly stockedMaintain logs, records, and daily reports using appropriate systemsTrack packages, visitors, storage, parking, and other operational needsUpdate resident databases and service/vendor listingsMonitor property access points and support overall building security protocolsReport suspicious activity and ensure resident safety at all times.Respond to emergency situations by contacting appropriate teams and following proceduresConduct routine checks of public areas and report maintenance or safety concernsMaintain a safe, secure, and well-maintained residential environmentSupport cleanliness and presentation of all public areas in collaboration with HousekeepingAssist with resident events and activations, including setup and coordinationRecord resident preferences, feedback, and service notes for continuous personalizationPromote teamwork, collaboration, and Rosewood core valuesCould This Be You?You have strong attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiencyYou have experience in a luxury residential, hotel, or concierge environmentYou excel at delivering personalized, anticipatory serviceYou remain calm, organized, and detail-oriented in a fast-paced settingYou communicate clearlyYou are highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyYou demonstrate discretion, confidentiality, and sound judgmentYou have a passion for service excellenceYou have strong knowledge of local offerings or a desire to build deep community connectionsYou are flexible and available to work evenings, weekends, and holidaysYou have sound judgment and problem-solving abilities under pressureYou have the ability to work independently and collaboratively
