Overview

Sycamore Life Sciences is seeking a motivated and detail‐oriented E‐Commerce Intern to support our digital operations, online catalog management, and customer engagement initiatives. This role is ideal for a student or early‐career professional interested in life sciences, digital marketing, and modern commerce platforms. The intern will work closely with our commercial, operations, and marketing teams to enhance the online customer experience and drive digital growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Product & Catalog Management

  • Assist with updating Amazon product listings, descriptions, specifications, and pricing.

  • Ensure accuracy and consistency across the website and digital catalog.

  • Support the upload of new SKUs, promotional items, and product assets.

• Website Content & Optimization

  • Help maintain website content, including landing pages, banners, and resource sections.

  • Monitor site performance and identify opportunities to improve user experience.

  • Support SEO initiatives through keyword research and content optimization.

• Digital Marketing Support

  • Assist with email campaigns, promotional announcements, and customer outreach.

  • Help track campaign performance and engagement metrics.

  • Contribute to social media content planning and execution.

• Analytics & Reporting

  • Compile weekly dashboards on website traffic, product performance, and customer behavior.

  • Support analysis of conversion trends and promotional effectiveness.

  • Provide insights to improve digital workflows and customer engagement.

• Operational Coordination

  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and customer service teams to ensure alignment across digital channels.

  • Assist with inventory visibility, product availability updates, and customer inquiries.

  • Support special projects related to digital transformation and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Life Sciences, or a related field.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

• Familiarity with e‐commerce platforms or digital marketing concepts (preferred).

• Proficiency in Excel/Sheets and comfort working with data.

• Strong written communication skills and interest in customer‐centric digital experiences.

• Curiosity, initiative, and willingness to learn in a fast‐paced environment.
