Role Primary Care Physician with Spanish proficiency, providing equitable, value-based healthcare to Medicare patients in a neighborhood primary care setting. Responsibilities Assess, diagnose, and oversee primary care Prescribe treatments Maintain electronic medical records Collaborate with leadership to meet quality goals Manage care teams Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Medical degree (MD or DO) Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Active, unrestricted state license and DEA license US work authorization bilingual in Spanish Preferred Skills Geriatrics fellowship Experience with older adults Outpatient primary care Value-based healthcare models Collaborative team experience Details Full-time role, with a pay range based on experience, offering comprehensive benefits including medical plans, 401(k), wellness programs, paid time off, flexible schedules, and more. #J-18808-Ljbffr Health Marketing
