This role offers significant visibility, strong cross-functional collaboration, and the opportunity to engage leading ophthalmologists and optometrists across a large and impactful territory.What You'll Be DoingAs an MSL, you will serve as a trusted scientific partner to key opinion leaders, academic institutions, and healthcare professionals throughout your region. Responsibilities include:Building and maintaining strategic relationships with ophthalmology and optometry KOLsLeading compliant scientific exchange and disease state educationDelivering clinical and scientific presentations to healthcare providers and stakeholdersGathering actionable field insights and communicating them to internal teamsSupporting medical education initiatives, advisory boards, publications, and investigator-initiated researchParticipating in regional and national scientific congresses and professional society meetingsCollaborating closely with Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Commercial, and Market Access teamsSupporting clinical trial activities and broader medical strategy initiativesWhat We're Looking ForOD, MD, PharmD, or PhD requiredPrior MSL experience requiredOphthalmology or eye care expertise preferredCandidates with significant clinical eye care experience and industry exposure will also be consideredExceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skillsAbility to translate complex scientific information into meaningful discussionsStrong strategic thinking and insight-gathering capabilitiesSelf-motivated, collaborative, and comfortable working independently in a field-based roleTerritoryThe territory includes: Southern California, Nevada, and Hawaii.Candidates will ideally be located in: Los Angeles, Orange County, or San Diego.
